By making a payment for any service, digital product, or marketing toolkit provided by The Happy Goth Collective, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
The Happy Goth Collective provides marketing guidance and support through customised toolkits, resources, and strategy recommendations designed to help you promote your business more effectively.
Please note:

These toolkits are advisory in nature and require you, the client, to implement the recommendations.

Results may vary depending on how the advice is applied, your business’s individual circumstances, and the unpredictable nature of marketing environments, industry shifts, and market trends.

You are fully responsible for creating, managing, and publishing your own content, campaigns, and marketing activity.
3. Ownership & Copyright
All materials, resources, documents, and strategies provided by The Happy Goth Collective are created by and remain the intellectual property of Katrina Keen.
This includes but is not limited to:

Marketing toolkits
-
Templates and calendars
-
Brand and audience insights
-
Written strategy or campaign suggestions

Visual or conceptual content created as part of your package
These materials are licensed to you for your personal business use only and may not be copied, resold, republished, or shared with third parties without written permission.
4. Payment Terms
The Happy Goth Collective follows a clear and collaborative process designed to ensure you get the most out of your marketing toolkit:

Initial Enquiry – You submit your interest via the website or email.

Discovery Q&A – You’ll receive a short set of questions to help me understand your needs, goals, and brand.

Proposal & Quote – Based on your answers, I’ll send a summary of what your tailored package will include, along with the price.

Payment – Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. Payment confirms your booking and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Toolkit Delivery – Your personalised marketing toolkit will be delivered within approximately 2–4 weeks after payment, depending on package size, bespoke requirements, and current workload. You will be given an estimated delivery timeframe before confirming your order.
Please note:

All prices are in GBP and will be clearly outlined in your proposal.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer only, following receipt of invoice.

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Delayed payments may affect your delivery timeline.

If additional revisions or extras are agreed outside the original scope, these may be quoted and charged separately.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom and digital nature of the services offered, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has begun. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please get in touch — fair, open communication is at the heart of how I work.
6. Changes to Terms
The Happy Goth Collective reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take immediate effect.
